Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Go Ask Alice network. A "client" is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order with Go Ask Alice that is validated via our secure payment platform, or by 3rd party payment portal or cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit
Age restrictions apply: Go Ask Alice only accepts clients over 18 years old (for physical, electronic products, coaching, workshops, seminars). We strive to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. While the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of personal growth and the spiritual realm. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 18) will be immediately removed from our database upon discovery. Similarly, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be promptly reimbursed, and the return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to the Go Ask Alice network implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price
The prices are indicated in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping and processing fees for your order. Prices may change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside the United States must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is processed through Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and cannot be read during transmission over the network. Any guarantees regarding the security of this system are entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery
Go Ask Alice provides digital products and services, including but not limited to downloadable materials, online courses, energy sessions, readings, and consultations conducted via phone or video. No physical products are delivered.

For digital products, access or download instructions will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and capable of receiving our communications. If you encounter any issues accessing your digital products, please contact us promptly for assistance.

For services such as readings, energy sesions, workshops, or consultations, appointments will be scheduled in advance and conducted via phone or video conferencing. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable device for the scheduled sessions. Any missed sessions due to client unavailability may be rescheduled at the discretion of Go Ask Alice and subject to availability.

Go Ask Alice is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by the client that may prevent access to digital products or services. However, we will make every effort to assist and ensure the delivery of your purchased services or products.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. All our files are declared to the relevant Data Protection Authority. By agreeing to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you agree to receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products offered by Go Ask Alice or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.
